The Lof PopEye Plugin - is a jquery powered javascript - is a user friendly solution for collecting all images inside article's content  showing in a mini gallery and modal box. The plugin works on the blog layout, frontpage Layout and article layout of the content component and supports the  cropping thumbnail function to help getting nice Galleries and speeding up the website's performence, beside that provides  three themes that allows creating your own custom ones to fit your websites design and providing an easy way to create your own custom themes for it.

1) Mean of parameters

* Suffix Class: Allow creating a owner style as you expected, ussualy you make and put owner css of that style into the template.css file

* Z-Index:  z-index of the expanded popeye-box. Enter a z-index that works well with your site and doesn't overlay your site's navigational elements like drop-downs.

* Select Style Theme: Allows you choose a theme to fit your website design, list of theme folders put in the plugins/lofpopeye/themes/ folder

* Mode: Has three options:

  1. Automatic: When used this options, the popeye will work on articles displaying on the blog, frontpage, article layout without any restrictions
  2. Categories Selection: If You would like the plugin only working some categories as expected, recommend you should use this option. If you would like to use the popeye in some articles which are not from the list of categories choosed. you can the custom tag to turn it on
  3. Use Custom Tag: supply a advance operation on the plugin, and then you would like to use the popeye plugin working some expectantly articles,  you will put the custom tag into theirs content.
  4. Disable : If you would like to disable the plugin, but you used some custom tags( {lofpopeye} ) in articles, so this options is a recommendation

Note: with the custom Tag allows you overriding some configurations of the plugin: width and height of thumbnail, theme , alignment .... to render a popeye box as you expected.

* : whether allows the plugin working the Article Layout

* Image Width (px) : Set the width of the image thumbnail in the Article Layout

* Image Height (px) :Set the Height of the image thumbnail in the Article Layout

* Work On FrontPage Layout : whether allows the plugin working the Front-Page Layout

* : whether allows the plugin working the Blog Layout (containing section and category layout )

* Leading Image's Width (px):

* Leading Image's Height (px): Set width and height of thumbnail image in the leading item

* Secondary Image's Width (px)  :

You use the  "nopopeye" Class put inside the img : see the following snapshort

4) How To Use Custom Tag:

Tag: {lofpopeye ATTRIBUTES} with ATTRIBUTES:

  • off : for disabling the popeye
  • width="?": for overriding the default width
  • height="?": for overriding the default height
  • theme="?": for overriding the default theme
  • direction="?" for align with ?=right or left

. For example: You will put this inside the article's content: {lofpopeye width="100" height="100" theme="green" resizeonly="1" direction="left"}

a) For Disable the popeye function on some expecty articles when the plugin enabled:

You will make a custom tag and put it into the article as following:  {lofpopeye off}

b) For Overrding Configuration.
