Term Of Use

Download:
    After we have successfully received your payment, your order  information will be emailed to the address. It normally happened within minutes. If you do not receive this information in 24 hours from you completed order process please contact us support at LandOfCoder. Then You can access the download section to download our products via access menu My Dashboard / Single purchase or My Dashboard / Membership Download.


Refunds:
    If You're not statisfied for any reason, within 7 days we will refund your money, No Question Asked , you can receive a full refund. To request a refund please submit a request containing your Transaction ID.


Upgrades:
    For the purposes of products update, developers of LandOfCoder make all the efforts to create elements for the latest version of products that goes with these products. Without prejudice to all the aforementioned, we shall bear no liability for product incompatibility with any of the future versions. LandOfCoder provide our customers  free all upgrade versions of the product they bought. After upgrade version is available, buyer can download it from each category download Section when signed-in. LandOfCoder will inform the information about new version availability via Twitter Service,Facebook with twitter account named is LandOfCoder
   
Technical Support:

    1. LandOfCoder provides a free-of charge technical support for purchased extensions by the use of a ticketing system. In general, this support is not available for products that are free of charge.

    2. For the installation of the extensions, LandOfCoder asks buyers to refer to the installation instructions given in the extensions documentation. In particular, refer to the hardware and extensions environment that is required at the buyer's end.

    3. In the case of extensions defects that do not result from any fault of the buyer's and which have not been reasonably apparent during checking of the system requirements and testing before the purchase even under compliance with the required diligence, support will be free of charge.

  4.  Support is provided for any module purchased from LandOfCoder for a year after the purchase date, or for as long as the annual subscription is renewed. Support includes the rectifying of issues arising from packaged module features, bug fixes and basic usage questions. We do not provide support for our free modules.

We are unable to provide support that requires us to view websites with questionable content. Such content includes, but is not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc.
